Green Deal
Due to being announced and launched as an EU development strategy for the 21st century, an integral part of EU strategy to implement the UN 2030 Agenda and global sustainable development goals, a new EU growth strategy that aims to transform EU into a fair and prosperous society, with a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy where there are no net emissions of greenhouse gases in 2050 and where economic growth is decoupled from resource use, the EU’s flagship climate change strategy, a roadmap for making EU’s economy sustainable, and a new EU green diplomacy, the Green Deal is all about turning climate and environmental risks and impacts into just and inclusive developmental opportunities across all policy areas and all industrial sectors.
Protection of our environment and the need to maintain and sustain nature’s fragile balance is a vital concern for the continued existence of life on this planet.

Human rights are the indispensable, inalienable and inexhaustible rights and freedoms that people acquire at birth. Human rights provide individuals with the minimum conditions necessary for a dignified human life and are “universal”

Cultural Heritage is an expression used to describe the lifestyles developed by a community and passed on from generation to generation, including customs, artistic expression and values. Cultural Heritage is often expressed as either Intangible or Tangible Cultural Heritage (ICOMOS, 2002). As a part of human activity Cultural Heritage produces tangible representations of value systems, beliefs, traditions and lifestyles. As an essential part of culture as a whole, Cultural Heritage has from antiquity to the present included these visible and tangible traces. Though the items of cultural heritage come from the past, they should be preserved in the present and valued by the present generation. Therefore, we promote the variety of elements that constitute cultural heritage in our preparation of projects, such as artwork, architecture, books, objects, songs, folklore, values, beliefs, traditions, oral history and the lifestyles of prior generations for the appreciation of present and future generations.

People achieve their personal and social development in their youth. Therefore, the individual can benefit themselves, their families, their countries and their nations in proportion to their knowledge and skill acquisition during this period. In order to build a strong and prosperous society, the individuals who make up the society need to be supported and educated in the best possible way in their youth.
Efficient use of the free time available to youth is very important for their physiological, psychological, personal and social development. It is accepted that the best way to educate young people about social, cultural, artistic and human values is to evaluate how free time can be used more efficiently and, more importantly, develop free time activities that function as a key element of quality education.
IPCEU carries out youth and sport projects to help young people learn to value their free time and ensure their physiological, psychological, personal and social development.

In this context, promotion is an activity aimed at creating a positive attitude towards the relevant institution or enterprise. It aims to transmit useful information to specific groups for the purpose of creating a positive impression.
